Some cops are aware that they have more pressing matters to attend to than harassing someone who has a marijuana on his lips. During weekends in the city center, public smoking is not uncommon, but it is generally not recommended, especially for reggae concerts and similar events.

Where to get cannabis/weed in Helsinki

Smokers tend to congregate in the parks surrounding Helsinki. When strolling through a park, there’s a good chance you’ll smell marijuana. The greatest time to visit Synebrichoff Park is during the summer, when the park is full with young smokers. Ask them about the plant in a positive and courteous manner, as everyone is wary of it. The only disadvantage is the quantity you will receive, which is common when people are deceived.
