Legislation

In Oregon, adults who are over 21 years old are allowed to keep up to 8 ounces of marijuana at home and up to an ounce in public. Adults are also permitted to consume up to 16 ounces of marijuana products that are solid, such as edibles, or up to 72 ounces of marijuana products that are liquid. Up to four cannabis plants can be grown by adults. In Oregon, smoking marijuana in a public setting is prohibited.

Retail sales of marijuana are permitted in establishments with a license and are subject to a 17 percent tax; in some situations, towns and counties may also impose an extra 3 percent tax.

There’s a Dairy Queen on commercial. Oregon has by far the cheapest weed in the US and a great culture. If you do not wish to provide an id to purchase from dispensaries you could get intouch with dealers. They’ve got good quality weed too. 

Preserve on south commercial close to downtown is my favorite. super friendly people and have lots of good stuff that’s “house grown” so it’s exclusive to them.

almost across the street from them is Diem which is another good spot. they do daily deals, punch cards, and have a big selection of vape cartridges if that’s more your thing.
